Top 5 Sports Apps on iOS in Germany Q2 2024

During the second quarter of 2024, the top five sports apps on iOS in Germany displayed diverse trends in their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Kicktipp saw a significant increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $556 in mid-June. Downloads surged notably, starting from around 2K in early April and reaching a high of 182K by mid-June. Active users also experienced a sharp rise, climbing from about 92K in early April to over 300K by mid-June.

UEFA Mobile Tickets did not generate any revenue during this period. However, downloads rose dramatically from around 771 in early April to nearly 76K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from about 6.7K in early April to 149K by the end of June.

Nations League & Women's EURO also reported no revenue. Downloads showed a steady rise, starting from 488 in early April and peaking at approximately 106K by mid-June. Active users grew from 2K in early April to almost 149K by the end of June.

Tipico Sportwetten App similarly recorded no revenue. Downloads increased from around 4.8K in early April to a peak of 68.9K by mid-June. Active users saw an upward trend, rising from about 57K in early April to over 138K by mid-June.

European Championship App 2024 did not generate any revenue during Q2 2024. Downloads rose steadily, starting from 472 in early April and reaching a peak of 62.5K by mid-June. Active users increased from 2K in early April to around 116K by mid-June.
